| A few words about gifts this year. If you are a long time customer you probably already have all the templates that you need but nonetheless, I'd like to say a few words of what was happening it that area as well. We have a new template in works and a few important updates were developed already. 1. Workflow template This is a a new template that is still in works based on DevClub series of webinars. It should be ready by the end of the year.
2. Upcoming DocManager template update We plan a major new feature - use of Cloud providers to store documents. 3. Forums template update A new option is to provide AI summary to the original post so people can get help faster. 4. Chat template update Another AI feature - you can ask ChatGPT a question and receive an answer as a separate chat message. 5. Helpdesk template update Added an option to parse incoming documents and images and make them searchable. |
