SnapshotCam is an edit control that you can use on your applications to allow a user to take a picture of something using any one of his/her webcams. Or the user can pick a file of his/her file system and upload it to the server and then save the add/edit page.
To show uploaded images on List/View pages set 'View as' type to 'Image'. Things to remember: 1. You need a text field of at least 400 characters to save the snapshots. 2. the picture files get stored in the 'files' folder that is in your root application folder and you can change this in plugin settings. 3. Since the latest update Chrome browser only allows access to the camera and microphone if the app runs under HTTPS. Reviews Can I use this without worrying the flash?
 Great idea but the script has not been updated. It requires Adobe Flash which is end of life. Please remove from market place as this plugin won't work with the latest browser versions :(
