On the Choose fields page you can choose fields to appear on each page. Select or clear the corresponding check boxes.

Search settings

To adjust search settings for selected fields, click the Search settings... button.

Use the Apply to all tables button to apply the selected Search suggest and Case-sensitive search options to all tables.

Search suggest

When you start typing in the search box, AJAX popup displays search suggestions. For more information, see AJAX-based Functionality: AJAX Auto Suggest.

Example of the search suggest feature on the basic search page:

Case-sensitive search

Use this option to filter out search results that match the case of your search query. If this option is not selected, the search is case insensitive.

Searchable fields

When you make some field searchable, you allow searching by this field in the Quick search box and also you can define other search options such as Search panel, Advanced search and 'All fields' search for this field. To be able to select field for quick search, enable the option Show basic search options for the List page on the Choose pages page.

Search panel

Use this option to add fields to the search panel on the List page. The search panel allows you to define the search criteria. For more information, see Web interface guide: Search panel on List page.

Advanced search

Select the corresponding check boxes under Advanced search to display fields on the Advanced search page.

'All fields' search

Select the corresponding check boxes under 'All fields' search to add fields to the 'All fields' quick search.
