PHPRunner is designed for Windows operating systems including
Windows Vista, Windows 2003, Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows Me,
Windows 98. Windows 3.1 systems are not supported. Windows Vista,
2003, XP or 2000 are recommended.
To run PHPRunner, your system should be equipped with the
following:

486 processor (minimum) or faster (recommended)

32 MB RAM (minimum) or more (64 MB or more recommended)

Windows operating system such as Microsoft Windows Vista, 2003,
XP, 2000, Me, 98 (Windows Vista, 2000, XP or 2003 recommended)

15 MB free disk space (minimum) or more

Internet Information Server (5.0 or higher) or Apache. The web
server is required to test generated PHP pages locally. If you
don't have a web server, read how to install local
server.
PHPRunner also requires a few other system files. If you do not
have the latest version of these files (usually Windows 98 users),
you may experience ActiveX errors while running PHPRunner. To
update your system, go the Microsoft download pages listed below.
If you are not yet using IE 6.0, it is recommended to install it as
it includes most if not all of the required files.
