To run PHPRunner, your system should be equipped with the
following:

Windows 2008, 7, Vista, 2003, XP, 2000

40 MB free disk space (minimum) or

Internet Information Server (5.0 or
higher) or Apache. The web server is required to test generated PHP
pages locally. If you don't have a web server, see How to install local
