On the Report Totals
page you can choose what fields to display on the report/search
pages.
Also you can apply aggregate functions like MIN, MAX, SUM and
AVERAGE. The results of these calculations will be displayed after
each group and at the end of page/report.
The Report: Miscellaneous page allows you to choose report layout. If
you use grouping you can choose between Stepped, Block, Outline and
Align layouts. If you don't use grouping you can only use Tabular
layout which is very similar to the basic List page.
You can also change the way
your data is sorted. Note that you can only control data sort order
inside the group, as groups are sorted by Group fields.
Number of lines per
page option determines
where to insert the page break, when you print the whole
report.

If you need to display a
value from a lookup table instead of ID on the Report page, you
have two options:
1. Modify SQL query to
include fields from joined tables.
2. Enable report search
page, proceed to Visual
Editor, open
Search page, double-click on the field and make
it Lookup
Wizard.
Either option allows you to
display a value from another table on the Report page (i.e.
Customer Name instead of Customer ID).
