Choose pages and fields

 

Choose pages

To create View page, Edit page, Export page, Printer-friendly page, Add new, Copy and Delete record pages check off corresponding checkboxes.

Inline add/Inline edit functions allow you to add/edit multiple records without leaving the List page. Inline Add/Edit functions use the same Edit as types as the regular Add/Edit pages.

In order to update and delete records in the database you have to select key field. You can see selected key columns on the right. To change key columns click Edit button.

Note: Key column is the database column which lets you query each table row individually and modify each row without altering other rows in the same table. The values that compose a key column a unique; no two values are the same.

In MS Access the best choice for key column is autonumber field.
