1. Users can see and edit
other users data
Every user who logged in
successfully can view, edit, and delete other users data.
2. Users can see and edit
their own data only
This option allows to
restrict users to view and edit their own records only. To use this
option you need to set a relationship between table that holds
usernames and passwords and main data table.
3. Users can see other users
data, can edit their own data only
This option is similar to
Option 2 however, all users can view other users data but cannot
edit or delete them.
Admin User
When Option 2 or Option 3 is
selected, you can also define Admin user who can access, edit, and
delete all records in the database. To set Admin User, you need
choose one of available UserIDs.
Guest login
This option adds guest read
only access to the database. If this option selected, "Login as
guest" link will be added to the login screen. Guest user cannot
edit, delete or add new records to the database.
